The information has been updated recently. This new service and repair list show the 2021 iPad Pro 12.9-inch owner will have to pay $50 more than the owner’s of the previous year’s model if they need to repair their device, which is $699. The service charge has been raised because the mini-LED display being so expensive in the market. MacRumors pointed out the fact recently. However, This service charge is for accidental damages.
Sadly, If you don’t have AppleCare+, you need to pay the mentioned amount for the repair even if your mini-LED iPad Pro ages less than a year.
Apart from that, a warranty will be applicable only for manufacturing defects within a year of purchase.
With AppleCare+
For the new iPad Pro 11-inch model, the service charge will be the same as their predecessors, $499 without AppleCare+. If you have AppleCare+, service will be available for $49 for both iPad Pros.
