GA102-200 is the SKU for the 12GB RTX 3080 as rumored. A minor, 2GB memory, increase means this new GPU has apparently the same amount of VRAM as RTX 3080 Ti. The GPU comes with 8960 CUDA cores. This is 3 percent more than the 10GB variant.
The GeForce RTX 3080 12GB has a 384-bit memory bus. As a result, you can obtain a maximum bandwidth of 912 GB/s.
